Administrative Process

Supporters of the school's administration considered the administrative process as a composite activity of certain sub-activities that constitute the single administrative process. This administrative process consists of four basic functions, planning, organization, execution and control. Are the process of administration. 1. PLANNING to determine the objectives in the courses of action to be followed.
2. THE ORGANIZATION to distribute the work among group members and to establish and recognize the necessary relationships.

4. THE CONTROL of activities to conform with the plans.
PLANNING .-
for a manager and a group of employees is important to decide or be identified with the objectives to be achieved. The next step is to reach them. This raises questions that trabajonecesita done? In essence, it formulates a plan by predetermining an integrated pattern of future activities, this requires the ability to provide, in view of the purpose of looking forward.

ORGANIZATION.
After the direction and format of future operations and are been determined, the next step to fulfill the job, or report is to distribute the necessary activities of labor among group members and indicate the participation of each member. This distribution of work is guided by the consideration of such things as the nature of component activities, people in the group and the physical facilities available.
These activities are grouped and assigned components so that a minimum or a maximum cost of employee satisfaction is achieved or some similar objective is achieved, if the group is deficient in either the number or quality of the management members such members shall endeavor. Each of the members assigned to a component activity faces its own relationship with the group and the group with other groups in the company.

IMPLEMENTATION.
- To carry out physical activities resulting from the steps of planning and organization, the manager must take steps to initiate and continue action required to ensure that group members perform the task. Among the common measures used by the manager to put the group in action are direct, develop managers, instruct, help members improve their work as well as through their own creativity and compensation for this is called execution.

CONTROL .-
Managers have always found it convenient to verify or monitor what is being done to ensure that the work of others is progressing satisfactorily toward the predetermined goal. Establish a good plan, distribute the component activities required for the plan and the successful execution of each member does not ensure that the company will be successful. Discrepancies may arise, misunderstandings and unexpected obstacles and should be communicated promptly to the manager for corrective action is taken.
